Mr. Main has over twenty years' experience managing land use, environmental and regulatory entitlement processes involving all levels of local, state and federal oversight. He has significant experience developing and executing materials strategies based on competitive market intelligence and has successfully managed multiple large-scale resource permitting efforts and real estate transactions. Prior to forming Compass Land Group, he spent eleven years with one of the nation’s largest heavy civil contractors and construction materials producers, where he managed their resource development and environmental programs. Mr. Main has leveraged his expertise to resolve complex regulatory and environmental challenges while building strong relationships with agencies and community stakeholders.

Mr. Saber has over twenty years’ experience with large development projects, specializing in environmental and land use permitting, construction, and mining. He has managed numerous complex entitlement projects requiring a multi-disciplinary approach to operational, regulatory, and technical issues. Mr. Saber also has extensive construction management experience, including land development, surface mine reclamation, slope stabilization, and landfill closure projects. Prior to co-founding Compass Land Group, he spent eight years with one of the nation’s largest heavy civil contractors and construction materials producers, where he managed resource development projects and supported operations.
